    We just received word from James Towler that he was named Recording Engineer of the Year by The Music Producers Guild for his work on Nine Lives. The ceremony was held last night at London's Cafe de Paris. For more information on the award and organization, click here.

  2. Award Nomination for Nine Lives Engineer

    Congratulations to James Towler, recording engineer for Steve Winwood's Nine Lives. The Music Producers Guild has nominated Towler for Recording Engineer of the Year. The guild’s awards ceremony will be held on February 12th 2009 at London's Cafe de Paris.

    According to its website, the Music Producers Guild Awards "aims to recognise the enormous contribution recording professionals make to the success of the UK's music industry."
